Craig Gaitán President Craig has a distinguished management career. Craig has held many positions in the field of marketing, with his last position as Director of Marketing and Communications for Ethnicgrocer.com. During his career with Ethnicgrocer.com, Craig was in charge of QueRico.com's advertising, marketing, communications, affiliate program, and event marketing. Craig developed one of the most the highly successful advertising and marketing campaigns. Craig has been nominated this year for an ECHO award from the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). Prior to Ethnicgrocer.com Craig help create Allstate Insurance's Hispanic Marketing department. He launched and led the most successful Hispanic marketing programs in the insurance industry till date. Within two years of launching the Hispanic marketing program, Allstate Insurance became the largest insurer of Hispanics in the United States and continues to be the industry leader. In addition to working in the Hispanic market, Craig also led the Sales department at Allstate Insurance where he was in charge of lead generation programs that used Internet lead sources, targeted models, and event triggers. His background also includes market research, direct mail, and financial management both at Allstate Insurance and Libby, McNeil & Libby, Inc. (a division of Nestle). Craig holds a B.A. from Carthage College, an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a Certificate in Direct Mail from DePaul University. At Lake Forest Craig won the "Wright Cup" For Marketing and at Carthage College he was chosen as a Wingspread fellow. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and has recently spoken at the DMA 82nd Annual Conference & Exhibition held in Toronto, Canada. In addition, Craig has been quoted in numerous newspapers for his expertise on the Hispanic market, such as, the Chicago Tribune and the San Francisco Chronicle.
